Refund Policy

Home Refund Policy

At Explore Andhra, we aim to offer our travelers memorable and seamless experiences. However, we understand that travel plans can change. This refund policy applies to all bookings made directly through our official website www.exploreandhra.co.in.


1. Refund Eligibility

Cancellation Period Before Tour Date Refund Amount
More than 15 days 75% refund (25% deducted as service fee)
7 to 14 days 50% refund
Less than 7 days No refund
Same-day cancellation or no-show No refund

 


2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed only for bookings made through www.exploreandhra.co.in.

  • The refund amount (if applicable) will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI/Card/Bank).

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days after approval and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.


3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Confirmed hotel/accommodation bookings

  • Entry tickets, permits, third-party activities

  • Booking charges, promo discounts, and convenience fees


4. Exceptions

Partial refunds or credit notes may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Government-imposed travel restrictions or natural calamities

  • Medical emergencies (valid documentation must be submitted)

  • If the tour is canceled by Explore Andhra, a full refund will be provided


5. Additional Notes

  • No refunds will be given for unused services once the tour has started.

  • All refund requests must be made through our official communication channels.

  • Final refund decisions will be made by the Explore Andhra management team.
