1. Refund Eligibility

2. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed only for bookings made through www.exploreandhra.co.in.

The refund amount (if applicable) will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI/Card/Bank).

Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days after approval and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Confirmed hotel/accommodation bookings

Entry tickets, permits, third-party activities

Booking charges, promo discounts, and convenience fees
4. Exceptions
Partial refunds or credit notes may be considered under the following conditions:

Government-imposed travel restrictions or natural calamities

Medical emergencies (valid documentation must be submitted)

If the tour is canceled by Explore Andhra, a full refund will be provided
5. Additional Notes

No refunds will be given for unused services once the tour has started.
