1. General Cancellation Policy**
- Cancellations must be requested in writing (via email or through our website).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within **7-10 business days** after approval.
2. Cancellation Timeframes & Charges** .
- **15-30 days before the trip:** **75% refund** (or option to reschedule).
- **7-14 days before the trip:** **50% refund** (or option to reschedule with a fee).
- **Less than 7 days before the trip:** **No refund**, but partial credit may be offered (case-by-case basis).
3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals**
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals that result in missed activities.
4. Special Cases (Weather, Emergencies, etc.)**
- If **Explore Andhra** cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), customers will receive a **full refund or rescheduling option**.
- In case of medical emergencies (with valid proof), we may offer **partial refunds or credits** at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Components**
- Some bookings (e.g., third-party vendors, special permits, or advance-purchase tickets) may have **non-refundable fees**, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
6. Changes & Rescheduling**
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests made **more than 15 days in advance** are usually free (unless otherwise specified).
